Our concept of a wine cellar, combining stories of winemakers and a passion for fine wine
At L’Eremo della Gasprina, wine is assigned the same importance as food, if not more. Our wine list is much more than a simple inventory of labels. It is a carefully curated and personal project, the result of Nicola’s experience in the industry and, above all, his friendships with numerous winemakers.
Being so close to the wine-growing areas allows us to offer a targeted selection, guided by a precise philosophy: the application of fair mark-ups. We believe that wine should be accessible and enjoyed wholeheartedly. We’d rather our guests share an excellent bottle than limit themselves to a single glass, making fine wine a universally available pleasure. And for those who wish to extend the experience at home, all our wines are available to take away.
