The relaunch of L’Eremo della Gasprina occurred at a turning point in the lives of Nicola and Andrea, driven by a strong desire to express their own personal vision of dining and hospitality.
Having fallen instantly in love with the beauty of this place, perched on the hills of La Morra, they chose to take it over and renovate it from top to bottom, restoring its warmth and harmony, and filling it with new light.
The project centres around a simple philosophy: to welcome people in exactly the same way you would welcome friends into your home. This promise takes shape during every moment of your stay.
