Ingredients are always at the heart of what we do. We work closely with small-scale local producers to ensure that only the very finest flours, fresh meats and dairy products from the Langhe are served.
Far removed from the idea of “a quick bite then off you go”, we offer a carefully curated and intentional dining experience, built around complete tasting menus designed to show off our culinary philosophy.
