We are proud to offer a traditional Piedmont menu for our guests, made up of typical dishes whose recipes derive from our ancestors’ traditions. The delicious taste of Eremo della Gasprina meals is the fruit of the long experience of our chef mixed with the classic family recipes.
The menu may vary, but the changes all depend on our chef’s creativity or the right season for fresh products; based on what is available at the market, you will be able to try our stuffed pastas, our delicious “focea” pears or the famous white truffles of the Langhe region.
In the morning, you will wake up to a set breakfast table on which our famous croissant pastries, baked by the chef, will be served along with pies and marmalade, all naturally freshly made.
