His most significant learning experiences were under the watchful eye of mentors such as Gualtiero Marchesi and Fulvio Scolari. He apprehended the secrets of Italian cuisine by participating in numerous courses and seminars throughout our entire peninsula. He has been a cooking teacher and has represented our country in culinary events worldwide. An Olympic Chef, he participated in Salt Lake City in 2002, Athens in 2004, and acted as official baker in Turin 2006.
